We Grow in Circles channels Anan’s signature ceremonial motifs through choreography, costume, and symbolic gesture. Drawing on ancestral iconography and global mysticism, the piece invites audiences into a dream-state of ritual, beauty, and ecstatic belonging. The performance unfolds as a living tableau—fluid, otherworldly, and celebratory—transforming The Roof Gardens into a site of communal reverie.
lov.foundation × Feeria Present Orly Anan’s We Grow in Circles during Frieze London
lov.foundation, in collaboration with Feeria, is proud to announce the debut of We Grow in Circles, a newly commissioned performance by visionary artist Orly Anan. The work premieres on October 13 at the iconic members club in Kensington, The Roof Gardens, then continues on October 16 with a special presentation at Marylebone design gallery, Secteur Privé.
“At lov.foundation, we speak not only to emotions but to the unconscious mind, using the language of dreams, poetry, and ancient symbols. Our partnership with Feeria is a natural extension of this mission. The historical language of fans is a powerful example of non-verbal communication, where movement and symbol replace speech. In our collaboration, the fan becomes an anchor for the audience—a way to return, again and again, to the emotional state awakened during the performance.” – Alexandra Seaman
Leading up to the debut performance, The Roof Gardens will host a conversation titled “The Power of Cultural Agents in Shifting Narratives.” The panel will feature Orly Anan, alongside Alexandra Seaman (founder of lov.foundation) and Nataliya Kotlyarova (founder of Feeria). The conversation will be moderated by art curator Afrodet Zuri, exploring how artists and cultural agents activate shifts in collective imagination and narrative.
To mark the occasion, Feeria has produced a limited-edition run of hand-held fans, each featuring original artwork inspired by We Grow in Circles. Designed as both functional objects and collectible art pieces, the fans will be gifted to select guests, extending the spirit of the performance into a tactile, lasting keepsake.
“Our collaboration with lov.foundation grew from a shared belief that art can transform the unseen into the tangible. Both Feeria and lov.foundation celebrate creation as a form of connection, where art becomes a language of consciousness. The fan felt like the perfect vessel for this dialogue, a tool that anchors energy, intention, and symbol into something we can hold and share. It turns what is ethereal into something real.” –Kotlyarova
We Grow in Circles reflects lov.foundation’s commitment to fostering cultural works that bridge art, ritual, and collective imagination, while deepening Feeria’s dedication to creating experiences where art becomes both performance and artifact.
